Terms of sale

1. What you are buying

Apparel made to order in the size and color you choose: tees, Essentials and Court Kit. Your order is itemized at checkout and in your receipt. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the fabric.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown before you pay, and tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order.

3. Making and shipping

Every piece is printed after you order it. Delivery estimates are shown on each product page, in the cart and at checkout, and explained on the shipping page. They are estimates, not guarantees. Pieces made in different places can arrive in separate parcels.

4. Returns

Our returns policy is part of these terms, including which pieces are final sale.

5. Designs

The designs, the NONVOLLEY name and marks, and this site are our intellectual property. Buying a piece does not license the design for reproduction.

6. Liability

Pickleball is exercise. Play within your limits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
